A fresh look for a growing vision

DARRAN wanted a modernized website that would elevate their brand and reflect their evolving focus on design-forward furniture solutions. The previous website cluttered the user experience and failed to capture the aesthetic appeal seen in competitors’ platforms. Makeway transformed the site with a sleek, engaging design and a flexible backend. The new platform positions DARRAN as a leader in commercial furniture and serves as a sales tool and source of inspiration for A&D professionals.

A refined approach to user flow

Makeway introduced a gridless layout that prioritizes usability and style. This design guides visitors to key sections, such as product pages and resources, while delivering an experience that resonates with DARRAN’s target audience of architects and designers. Unique features like the bottom-aligned navigation—that remains open when users first land on the site, then collapses into the word ‘menu’ as they start scrolling—add a layer of sophistication and ease.

Enhancing the Client’s Backend Capabilities

Makeway built a complex, interconnected backend that lets DARRAN independently update product details, taxonomies, and inventory. This new functionality reduces reliance on technical support and saves time and costs while maintaining a polished and competitive digital presence.
