How we empowered customers and their financial decisions
In collaboration with WD Partners, Makeway transformed the branch experience at three Huntington Bank locations. We introduced an 80” three-panel touch wall, expansive digital displays, three tablet experiences, and a touch table with custom ‘pucks.’ This suite of interactive digital displays and touchscreens revitalized the banking experience for customers by offering a dynamic, educational, and intuitive journey.
By enabling in-depth exploration of banking products and services and facilitating on-the-spot loan applications with on-site assistance, we’ve created multiple engagement points with sales content— empowering customers to make informed financial decisions.
