Our hosting environment is a custom cloud-based network
Features:
- Cloud server and storage via 3rd-party provider (Ex: Digital Ocean, Linode, AWS)
- Regular database backups and daily file backups
- SSL Cert included using LetsEncrypt
- HTTP/2 enabled which significantly increases speed
- Auto-healing servers (most issues resolved with auto-healing restarts)
- Dedicated Firewalls: servers are protected by OS-level firewalls that filter out malicious traffic
- Regular Security Patches: We perform regular OS patches and firmware upgrades on your server. This ensures a secure managed cloud server and avoids vulnerabilities.
- SMTP service for sending transactional emails from the server
- DNS routing and management
- Scalable infrastructure (if there’s a large traffic spike, the environment can be scaled accordingly)
- Fail-safes for larger network downtime (the site can be moved to another data center quickly)
- Security Monitoring: 24/7/365 security monitoring and recovery system in place
Optional:
- CloudFlare CDN: Additional Security, Speed, Performance, and Reliability
Automated server monitoring:
- Customer support is available from 8:00 AM (ET) to 6:00 PM (ET) Monday – Friday, excluding holidays (“Prime hours”).
- For requests outside of “Prime hours”, standard response times are within 12 hours.
